Abstract: This research explores the impact of the CliftonStrengths assessment program on employee engagement, job satisfaction, and organizational performance within Liberation Insurance PCL. By conducting in-depth interviews with selected HR professionals, this study investigates the effectiveness of the strengths-based approach in improving team dynamics, enhancing leadership development, and fostering a positive work environment. The findings reveal that the CliftonStrengths program has contributed to greater self-awareness among employees, improved team collaboration, and a more engaged workforce. However, challenges such as sustaining long-term engagement with the program and the potential limitations of focusing solely on strengths are also identified. This research offers practical recommendations for integrating strengths-based development into HR strategies to promote sustainable organizational success.
