| Abstract: | This thematic paper evaluates the intrinsic value of Target Corporation (TGT) using the discounted cash flow valuation method (DCF) to determine whether the stock is overvalued or undervalued. The analysis incorporates Target’s operating performance, industry conditions, and long-term growth prospects. Based on the DCF results, the implied fair value of Target is $80.31 per share, compared with the market price of $91.24 as of November 8, 2025, indicating that the stock is slightly overvalued. Hence, the investment recommendation is HOLD. |
