Abstract: The business ethics in the workplace are played role important in many businesses nowadays. This paper aims to understand the practice of the organization in order to create the ethical environment in organization by analyzing the case study with the building an ethical organization framework (Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT), 2005). Moreover, this paper gives the strength of the organization to reinforce over the long term and find areas of improvement to be enhanced. The research is focused on Cosmetics Company named L’Oreal (Thailand) Ltd. The research methodology is used both in-depth interview with open-end questions with probing technique and doing sampling questionnaires. The finding shows that the company almost complies with the framework to build an ethical organization (Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT), 2005). This shows that the company has realized the importance of building the organization to have a business ethics in the workplace. KEY WORDS: Business Ethics, Code of Ethics, Organization Values
