Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to perform an in-depth research on the factors that could be a key success for building an effective self-organizing team in Thailand during the VUCA world environment. The Hypotheses were examined by interview and collect information from three employees in software development domain. The results of this study are four key factors that would help managers achieve and able to build an effective self-organizing team.
