However, failure to fulfill these needs leads to employees seeking better opportunities. This study explores factors impacting retention and applies Maslow's hierarchy of needs and transactional leadership to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Understanding and addressing these needs contribute to organizational success. |
