Abstract: | The aim of this study was to identify a significant staff turnover rate inside a logistics firm in Thailand. This study examined leadership styles using the Situational Leadership Framework to uncover distinct features between managers and employees, with the aim of determining the most effective working style. This study utilized a qualitative research methodology to conduct interviews with six sales executives from a logistics firm based in Thailand. In addition, qualitative research was valuable in yielding comprehensive results that enhanced employees' comprehension. The research findings indicate that the mismatch between leadership styles and preparation levels has led to a high attrition rate in the previous year and has also negatively impacted current employees' willingness to work for the firm.
