Abstract: The aim of this paper is to adopt Avery and Bergsteiner’s 23 sustainable leadership practices derived from the sustainable organizations as a framework to examine the leader ship practices of Thailand’s listed company in Safety industry. Avery and Bergsteiner’s framework are grouped into six categories for analysis: long-term perspective, staff development, organizational culture, innovation, social responsibility, and ethical behavior. Multi-data collection techniques, interviews, observations, reference to document and information supplied by the company were adopted.
